Order Processing:

Volleyball Direct makes every attempt to process orders for in-stock merchandise the same day they are received.  Our standard cut-off time for daily order processing is Noon EST Monday-Friday.  Orders for in-stock merchandise received during the weekend (after the Friday cut-off time) will ship on the following Monday.  Order processing times vary for merchandise that is shipped directly from our vendors (Merchandise labeled as: Dropship item - ships from manufacturer).

Pre-Ordered items are always shipped via Standard ground shipping.  Standard ground shipping is not available for US Territories.  Orders may be delayed if we experience any issues processing your credit card information.  Please make certain that you provide your correct Account Name, Billing Address, Card Type, Account Number, and Security Code.

Economy Shipping:

Economy Shipping service is available for orders placed before Noon EST Monday-Friday for in-stock items only.  In-Stock items that are shipped via Economy service typically arrive no later than (5-7) business days after leaving our warehouse.  By choosing Economy your package(s) will be sent via UPS, UPS SurePost or USPS depending upon shipment weight and destination, which is determined at the time of order packaging in our warehouse.  Orders less than 1 lb. and orders shipping to a rural address or P.O. Box will be delivered by the USPS.  Orders that weigh greater than 20 lbs. will be charged $1 per lb. for every pound over 20.  

**Dimensional Weight - UPS, FedEX and other select commercial ground parcel carriers have instituted dimensional weighting factors in determining their shipping rates.  Therefore, the actual weight and the billable weight of the package are two different things.  For example, the actual weight of a package containing a pair of cleats may only weigh 4 lbs.  However, due to the size of the box that it is shipped in, a commercial carrier may deem the package to be 11 lbs. based on the L X W X H (Length X Width X Height) dimensions.  We do our best to negotiate the most reasonable rates possbile with our carriers, and not pass along those costs to you.  In the event your package is oversized or requires an odd shaped box, the shipping charges may reflect that.  If you have any questions regarding dimensional weighting, please visit ups.com or e-mail, call, or live-chat us with questions.  We'll always do our very best to get your order to you in the quickest and most reasonably priced method as possible.

Expedited Shipping:

Expedited Shipping service is available for orders placed before Noon EST Monday-Friday for in-stock items only.  In-Stock items that are shipped via Expedited service are guaranteed to arrive in (2) business days after leaving our warehouse.  By choosing Expedited your package(s) will be sent via UPS or USPS depending upon shipment weight and destination, which is determined at the time of order packaging in our warehouse. Deliveries for Expedited service are made Mondays through Fridays only.  Order processing times vary for merchandise that is shipped directly from our vendors (Merchandise labeled as: Dropship item - ships from manufacturer).  Pre-Ordered items are not available for Expedited shipping.

Express Shipping service is available for orders placed before Noon EST Monday-Friday for in-stock items only.  In-Stock items that are shipped via Express service are guaranteed to arrive in (1) business day after leaving our warehouse.  By choosing Express your package(s) will be sent via UPS or USPS depending upon shipment weight and destination, which is determined at the time of order packaging in our warehouse.  Deliveries for Express service are made Mondays through Fridays only.  Order processing times vary for merchandise that is shipped directly from our vendors (Merchandise labeled as: Dropship item - ships from manufacturer).  Pre-Ordered items are not available for Express shipping.  Express service is not available for US Territories.  

UPS Next Day Saturday Air:

Domestic UPS Delivery Transit Times:

To get accurate estimates, please refer to the UPS Transit Time Calculator by clicking on the UPS logo and going to the UPS site.  Use the "origin" postal code of 24134 for the Direct Sports warehouse location and "destination" postal code of where your package is being shipped.

Alaska & Hawaii & Puerto Rico:

Orders to the above areas will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  Please check the USPS Transit Time Calculator for actual expedited service options and transit times.  You may also call or live chat us for additional details.

Virgin Islands & Other US Territories:

Orders to the above areas will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  Please check the USPS Transit Time Calculator for actual expedited service options and transit times.  You may also call or live chat us for additional details.

APO & FPO Service:

APO & FPO orders are charged the Standard shipping rate and shipped via the US Postal Service.

Canada & International Shipping:

Due to manufacturer restrictions on products, shipping charges, duties/taxes and trackability, we welcome your order but are limited on what we can ship internationally.  Please call or live chat us for addtional details.

Policies regarding price matching:

• Price match must occur at the time of  the purchase.
