Order Processing:
Volleyball Direct makes every attempt to process orders for in-stock merchandise the same day they are received. Our standard cut-off time for daily order processing is Noon EST Monday-Friday. Orders for in-stock merchandise received during the weekend (after the Friday cut-off time) will ship on the following Monday. Order processing times vary for merchandise that is shipped directly from our vendors (Merchandise labeled as: Dropship item - ships from manufacturer).
Pre-Ordered items are always shipped via Standard ground shipping. Standard ground shipping is not available for US Territories. Orders may be delayed if we experience any issues processing your credit card information. Please make certain that you provide your correct Account Name, Billing Address, Card Type, Account Number, and Security Code.
Economy Shipping:
Economy Shipping service is available for orders placed before Noon EST Monday-Friday for in-stock items only. In-Stock items that are shipped via Economy service typically arrive no later than (5-7) business days after leaving our warehouse. By choosing Economy your package(s) will be sent via UPS, UPS SurePost or USPS depending upon shipment weight and destination, which is determined at the time of order packaging in our warehouse. Orders less than 1 lb. and orders shipping to a rural address or P.O. Box will be delivered by the USPS. Orders that weigh greater than 20 lbs. will be charged $1 per lb. for every pound over 20.
**Dimensional Weight - UPS, FedEX and other select commercial ground parcel carriers have instituted dimensional weighting factors in determining their shipping rates. Therefore, the actual weight and the billable weight of the package are two different things. For example, the actual weight of a package containing a pair of cleats may only weigh 4 lbs. However, due to the size of the box that it is shipped in, a commercial carrier may deem the package to be 11 lbs. based on the L X W X H (Length X Width X Height) dimensions. We do our best to negotiate the most reasonable rates possbile with our carriers, and not pass along those costs to you. In the event your package is oversized or requires an odd shaped box, the shipping charges may reflect that. UPS Next Day Saturday Air:
